Please Note: Proof of Identiy (POI) is the first requirement that a customer must meet to obtain the products offered by the NSW Maritime. A person must show POI to verify his/her name and signature. Link to more information on POI before lodging your application form.

Clients do not have to provide POI for renewal of a product except for PWC licences.
